Overview
The Visio Shopify Logs module by Visiomate bridges your Shopify store and Odoo backend seamlessly.
A lightweight JavaScript tracking script installed in your Shopify theme captures every visitor interaction in real time
— page views, product views, cart additions, searches, and more — and sends them securely to Odoo via a webhook.
All activity is stored per visitor with full geographic and device context, giving your team a rich analytics layer
directly inside Odoo without needing any third-party analytics platform.

We strongly recommend installing it first on your staging or testing database, validating all data flows, and only then deploying to production. Make sure to use your live Odoo server URL (not localhost) in the tracking script — Shopify's servers cannot reach a localhost address. For custom integrations or advanced configurations, please contact us for a tailored setup.
